David is the Director and Founder of Assured Bathing, leading the business with a focus on thoughtful design, accurate quotations, and tailored accessible bathroom solutions.

He takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and helping them find the most suitable option for their needs, offering clear advice and guidance throughout the process.

Based in the Cotswolds with his wife and two children, David remains actively involved in every stage of the business and is always available to support clients with expert advice.

Lee is a key member of the Assured Bathing Solutions team, helping to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

With an exceptional level of knowledge and experience across both the bathroom and wider home-building sectors, Lee brings a wealth of practical expertise to every job. His experience means he is often able to find solutions to the challenges that can arise when adapting homes and creating accessible bathrooms.

As Site Manager, Lee oversees the day-to-day running of our installations, working closely with the team and keeping a close eye on the details that make a difference. Just as importantly, he makes sure our clients are kept happy and comfortable throughout the process.

Lee takes great pride in his work and understands that working in someone's home requires more than just technical ability. Being considerate, tidy, reliable and respectful of our clients is just as important as achieving a high-quality finish.

When he’s not helping our customers at Assured Bathing Solutions, Lee is usually busy working on his own home, putting his building skills to good use. Away from the tools, he enjoys spending time with his young family.

Charles is an important part of the Assured Bathing Solutions team, responsible for purchasing and making sure our jobs have everything they need to keep moving.

As David’s father, Charles has been part of the journey behind Assured Bathing Solutions from the beginning and plays a vital role behind the scenes. From ordering bathroom products and building materials to coordinating with our suppliers, he works hard to make sure the right materials arrive at the right time.

Keeping a busy installation team supplied with everything they need takes plenty of organisation, and Charles takes great pride in helping the team stay on schedule. He enjoys working closely with our suppliers, finding solutions when things don’t quite go to plan and, most importantly, helping the team get the job done.

Although customers may not always see Charles on site, his work is an essential part of what happens behind the scenes at Assured Bathing Solutions.

When he’s not keeping our jobs running smoothly, Charles enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and supporting his favourite rugby team, Bath Rugby. You’ll often find him cheering them on whenever he gets the chance!

Based in Swindon, Richard is a valued member of the Assured Bathing Solutions team and plays an important role in delivering the high standard of workmanship and customer care we pride ourselves on.

Richard is conscientious, caring and takes great pride in the work he carries out. He understands that an accessible bathroom is about much more than simply installing products — it can make a genuine difference to someone's independence, safety and quality of life.

His friendly and considerate approach has made him a firm favourite with many of our customers. In fact, it’s not unusual for clients to specifically ask for Richard by name when they are looking to have further work carried out — something we think speaks volumes about the relationships he builds with the people he works with.

When he’s not transforming bathrooms, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and travelling to more exotic destinations, making the most of his time away from work.
