Call us, email, or fill in the online form to tell us a little about your project. We’ll arrange a free, no-obligation consultation at a time that suits you.

One of our friendly team will visit to talk through needs, measure the space and check for any mobility or access requirements. If you’re working with an occupational therapist (OT) or applying for a Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG), we’ll coordinate with them too.

We’ll create a tailored plan showing the best options for safety, comfort and style — and give you a clear, itemised quote. We’ll explain choices, funding options and any likely variations so there are no surprises.

If you’re applying for a DFG or other grant, we can support the application and liaise with the council or OT on your behalf to keep things moving.

When you’re ready we’ll agree a start date. You’ll be assigned a single project manager who’ll be your point of contact throughout — coordinating trades, DBS-checked staff and deliveries.

Our team protects your home, keeps walkways clear and manages the job professionally. If you only have one WC we’ll plan around your needs (and can provide temporary solutions if required).

We’ll walk you through everything so you feel confident using new fixtures. Our work comes with a workmanship guarantee and we remain available for any aftercare or questions.
