Modern Wet Room Transformation Completed In The Cotswolds

At Assured Bathing, we recently completed this accessible wet room installation for a client who had recently moved into a new property in the Cotswolds.

Shortly after moving in, the client found that the existing shower tray was too high for her mobility needs, making everyday use difficult and potentially unsafe. Following an initial consultation and assessment of both current and future requirements, it was concluded that a fully accessible wet room would provide the best long-term solution.

Our aim was to create a safe, low-maintenance, and modern bathroom space that would support independent living whilst remaining practical, comfortable, and visually appealing.

Due to the client’s specific medical requirements, a shower curtain or shower screen was not required within the finished design, allowing for a more open and accessible showering space.

The use of waterproof shower panels within the shower area also provided a highly practical, low-maintenance solution that is easy to clean and ideal for everyday use.

The Finished Result

The completed wet room now provides a much safer, more accessible, and future-proof bathroom space that fully supports the client’s mobility needs both now and moving forward.

The client was extremely pleased with the finished result and is now looking forward to enjoying life in her new home in the Cotswolds with the reassurance of a bathroom designed specifically around her requirements.

As part of the design process, we provided detailed drawings to help illustrate exactly how the finished wet room would look prior to installation. This allowed the client to visualise the completed space and ensure the layout and features suited her individual requirements.

Alongside the design drawings, we also supplied a detailed quotation outlining the full scope of works before the project began.

The full bathroom adaptation was completed within just one week, helping minimise disruption and allowing the client to settle comfortably into her new home as quickly as possible.
